From the guys serving us tea every hour to the managers, from the layman to the top management, we’d find everyone so courteous and respectful that we couldn’t believe. Once we asked Mr. Amir Hakim Ally, CEO Hakim Sons the secret of their success, and how they recruit people and the kind of customer service training they provide to their staff members in order to provide their best to the clients. The answer was simple. “We don’t provide such trainings here. We treat our staff like a family. If you’d be nice to your subordinates and show your respect, you’d get the same back from them, simple.”
Staff was very cooperative at all times and above all, has always been very patient with us, giving us ample amount of time to select the best pictures which would eventually take hours, then spending hours and days in editing and final compilation.
